There is some walking from the car to the beach entry (across sand). This is a beautiful\, easy shore dive with lots to see. Consider taking two tanks in case you feel like a second dip. There are also bbqs close by for those who’d like to hang and cook. Free of charge. SUMMARY:Bruny Island weekend 31st Oct/1st Nov (Adventure Bay)
DESCRIPTION:Who’s up for a weekend of diving on Bruny Island based around Adventure Bay? \nWe have the potential to take two boats\, depending on numbers! How will it work? \n\nSaturday we’ll be running three dives\, 9am\, 11:30am and 2pm\, with each being a single dive ($45 each).\nSunday we’ll be running one double dive\, departing 9am ($90).\nIt’s an expensive exercise getting two boats across to Bruny Island\, so we’re asking for full payment in advance. This will be non-refundable unless the Club cancels diving.\nThere’s also the option of a fab social dinner on Saturday night at the Bruny Island Bowls and Community Club at Adventure Bay.\n\nThere is camping at Adventure Bay\, and (tanks permitting!) there are also shore dive sites. No commercial tank fills on Bruny. This is a great opportunity to dive in a location we don’t normally go to\, so sign up and let’s make it happen with two boats! \nFYI: Ferry times can be viewed here.
