SUMMARY:Giant kelp diving - whole weekend 11 and 12 April OW+
DESCRIPTION:This is a treat eh? Diving with giant kelp around the Actaeon Islands… wow!! Whole weekend\, 11th and 12th April. Suitable for OW divers and beyond. We’re planning a double dive each day\, and the cost of the double dive will be $100. Please remember life jackets and DSMBs. There are no dive shops nearby\, so bring as many tanks as you need. \nThanks to members’ generosity we can run 3 boats for the weekend\, which will aim to depart from Southport boat ramp at 9:00am both days. Exact departure time will depend on conditions and we’ll let you know closer to the weekend. \nSouthport has a caravan park (with cabins) and Kate and Mitch have also said people wanting to dive both days can camp at their place at Cairns Bay. \nPlease sign up for both days if you want to dive both days. \nWho’s attending:\nNo attendees found for this event.
