March 10, 2018 - Mistaken Cape
This is a wonderful dive location. The granite cliffs high above drop underwater to 40m+. Fish life is prolific and sheer rock walls and huge boulders make the underwater scenery very memorable. It is, however, a long boat trip from Triabunna, and a remote site half way down the outside of the northern half of Maria Island. So finding suitable conditions for diving is not guaranteed.
If the weather is not good enough for here I will consider changing the venue. Also, the dive day will be whichever of the Saturday or Sunday is best for diving.

March 24, 2018 - Mercury Passage
Opening of the scallop season, will head to the Mercury passage out of Triabunna to collect the scallops, a second dive on the Troy D or maybe the Triabunna Woodchip Wharf.

April 14, 2018 - Isle de Phoque
We haven't run a club dive here for a while. This is a remote, and stunning location. The diving is pretty good too! The swim through cave is beautiful, particularly on a sunny day, and there is a seal colony as well.
If we want to dive the caves (and why go there otherwise) the swell is critical (lack thereof). It is also an exposed site, so weather is important too. If the weather gods don't play ball with us I will also consider changing the venue on the day.
Note: We will go on whichever of the Saturday or Sunday has the best conditions. Decision to be made by Thursday of the previous week.
