November 18, 2017 - Maria Island

The plan is to do the first, and primary, dive on the bommie on the outside of Maria Island, underneath Bishop & Clarke. The bommie rises to a few metres from the surface, and drops off to around 40 m, so a depth can be chosen to suit your desires, qualifications, and comfort level.
The second dive will probably be done in the fossil cliffs area, on the northern shore of Maria Island. There are some lovely canyons there, if we can find them. Alternately, if divers wish, we can dive under the wharf at Darlington.
This dive will be on the Saturday OR Sunday, whichever is the best weather day.
